Responses to the post-event survey reflect generally positive experiences by the members in attendance. Please find below a brief overview of the feedback received.

Main Reasons People Attended:

  • Over 80% rated overall experience either a 4 or 5 out of 5
  • Over 80% said they were very likely or extremely likely to recommend event
  • Key “Likes”:
    • Opportunity to work collaboratively
    • Keynote speaker
    • Breakout groups
    • Networking with nonprofits, United Way, UCI leaders
    • Overall format/flow of program  (e.g. setting tone and context, keynote, breakouts)
  • Key “Should Have Been Done Differently”s:
    • More discussion on resulting action/next steps
    • More networking at tables and with UCI team
    • Opportunity to participate beyond single breakout session
  • Highest Ratings on Registration, Set Up and Keynote Speaker
  • Over 90% said they are somewhat or very likely to continue to engage in collaborations brainstormed in breakouts
  • Key thoughts on how UCI/United Way can help continue partnerships brainstormed at event:
    • Provide summaries and clear list of action items from breakouts
    • Schedule follow up sessions
    • Share contact information of breakout session participants
    • Share email updates/communication on progress
  • Over 74% made a new connection with UCI or a nonprofit
  • Over 97% will stay involved with OC Working Together
  • Participants favored a follow up session to take place within 3 months (rather than within 6 months)
