Regents' visit

Dear Colleagues:

The Regents of the University of California concluded their three-day meeting at UC Irvine today. Their campus visit was productive and educational, enhancing their understanding and appreciation of our many research, scholarship and public service activities, and of our contributions to the lives of Californians and beyond.

I want to extend my sincere thanks to all faculty and staff members who participated in planning and managing this event. Your efforts over the last several months were critical to the success of the regents’ visit and are very much appreciated.
